When you’re disconnected or Spiritually Unwell, it can lead to problems like:

How did I learn this? I lived it.

Like many women, I was suffering from symptoms of stress, anxiety, fear and depression. I had so many thoughts, I was unable to focus. A constant barrage of headaches, heart palpitations, dizziness, and skin rashes plagued me. I was always irritable, and every night I stared at my ceiling, unable to fall asleep. 

I saw so many doctors, but they just prescribed me drugs with side effects that made me feel sicker and sicker.

I felt alone, and hopeless.

Then, a friend of mine recommended seeing a holistic doctor. He led me in a different direction… to more conscious living.

This included eating healthier, taking some vitamins, eliminating toxic products from my home, and of course, practicing yoga and meditation. I did all of them, but it was hard to see progression.

One day, after a yoga class I took online in my own home, I had an “awakening moment” where I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. I knew right there I was being healed. I knew then that I was on the right path. At that moment, I made a commitment to myself.

From there I traveled all over the country and the world, seeking out the right teachers to help me achieve my goals.

And all of these disciplines have grown my abilities as a Spiritual and Wellness Coach! 

Since day one I have been using different tools for healing. My purpose has been (and still is!) helping other women move from a place of stress, anxiety, fear and pain to a place of calm, peace, trust and joy; to feel connected and supported.
